Corian Concrete was specified for the project because it gave the ability to keep the colour palette consistent with the kitchen; it paired fantastically with the melamine and emulated concrete. The Corian brand was also attractive because we could use the same material for the integrated basin. We opted for the seamless Pure Corian basin in Glacier White to freshen the space and create a bold contrast.

The Peterborough project is innovative because it has showcased Corian Concrete as an alternative material to emulate standard concrete without the typical heaviness and solidity. Corian Concrete, combined with the composition of the floating design, has created an airy vanity that has softened the space. It is also unique because instead of adhering to the trends of 'light, white and bright,' or 'black and white,' we went for brown-based, earthy colours. A colour palette striking enough to be different from the norm.
